PACKAGED TYPE BOILER
Responding to the needs of the Asian and other countries of the world for an environmentally friendly and reasonably priced small and medium sized steam boiler, our parent company Babcock-Hitachi K.K. of Japan (BHK) decided to totally transfer the industrial boiler business to Babcock-Hitachi (Philippines) Inc.(BHPI) for steam generation capacities up to 300 t/h.
Babcock-Hitachi's, BA , BM , and BP Package; Boilers are:

Shop assembled to insure the structural integrity of its pressure and non-pressure components.

Designed to generate steam from 10 t/h @ 2.2 MPa pressure x saturated temperature to 350 t/h @ 11.8 MPa pressure x 571 o C superheated temperature depending on the model.

Of membrane wall construction to make the furnace completely water-cooled thereby;

Reduce furnace wall maintenance cost due to tube burnout

Lowering the temperature of the gas entering the convection bank so slag deposit and superheater corrosion can be easily controlled by soot blowing.

Provided with low NOx burner(s)operating with low O 2 and burning either liquid or gas fuels.

Equipped with Economizer/Air Pre-heater for high thermal efficiency (more steam produced per kilogram of fuel burned).
These packaged boilers are; substantially standardized based on BHK's extensive experience and know-how acquired through the years; very efficient and reliable assuring years of trouble free operations and are suitable for a wide range of application from power generation to process application in various factories.
